WHYTE; Barbara May: It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Barbara May Whyte on Wednesday May 7, 2025, after a brief illness and stay at the Brantford General Hospital, in her 87th year. Barbara is survived by her children Todd, LeeAnn (Erica) and Kerri-Lynn, step daughter Robin and foster daughter Tabitha, her grandchildren Angeline, Mia, Sunny and Carah. She is predeceased by her parents, Cliff and Maretia Raven, her husband Thomas and her eldest son Daniel. She will also be missed by many nieces and nephews and extended family. Visitation will be held at Thorpe Bros. Funeral Home, 96 West, St., Brantford, on Tuesday May 13th from 2:00 - 4:00 and 7:00 - 9:00 p.m., and Wednesday May 14th from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the Funeral Service in the chapel, at 11:00 a.m. Interment Oakhill Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the diabetes association.
