Peacefully at the Stedman Community Hospice after a long battle with cancer on Wednesday July 17, 2013 at the age of 70. Loving husband of Barbara. Dear father of Annette and Sheryl and father-in-law of Joe Henry. Dear grandfather of Allison, Sarah and Owen. Brother of Lynda Drury. He will be fondly remembered by other family and friends. The family would like to thank the staff and volunteers at the Stedman Community Hospice for their kindness. As per Brian’s request, cremation has taken place. A memorial gathering will be held at the "Thorpe Brothers Carriage House" 96 West Street on Sunday July 28, 2013 from 2:00 to 4:00 pm .
