Predeceased by her adoring husband Kenneth Doucette (2021). Proud mother of Christopher (Michelle), Christine, Kevin (Sarah), and David. Loving MeMere of Julia (Ben), Toni (Mike), Jacqueline, Andreah (Joe), Nichole (Jeramy), Rachelle (Wes), Dominique, Devenn, James, Dalton, Matt, Nicholas (Julia), and Arron. Cherished great and great-great grandmother to 19. Loving sister of Elizabeth, Yvette, and Dorita and sister-in-law of Dora and Sue. Predeceased by brothers Art, Gerald, Valerie and sister Doris (Benny). Cecilia will be dearly missed by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
We find comfort knowing that Mom and Pup are reunited and are probably dancing up a storm.
Visitation will be held at Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home (96 West Street, Brantford) on Monday, November 9, 2026 from 11:00 a.m. – 1:00 p.m. A funeral service will follow in the chapel at 1:00 p.m., and the livestream link can be found on the funeral home website. Cremation to follow.
