Born in St. John’s, Newfoundland, Edna came to Brantford at the age of 19 and married the love of her life. Predeceased by husband Bill Graham (1996), sons Wayne (2015) and Doug (2016), sisters Mary Kalichuk, Jean Byrne, Florie Albonico, brothers Fred and Jim Byrne, sisters-in law Anna Byrne and Sue Byrne, brothers-in-law Bern O’Toole and Wally Kalichuk and parents Joseph and Margaret Byrne. Beloved mother of Bob (Sheila) Graham. Proud grandmother of Steve (Denise) Graham, Peter (Mandy) Graham, Krista (Bill) Redling, Kyle (Miranda) Graham and Mike (Christine) Graham. Great-Grandmother of Abby, Charlotte, Lucy, Natalie, Madison, Tyler, Braedon, Tatum, Lincoln, Layla, Griffin and Sofia. Survived by sister Marg O’Toole, brother-in-law Rudy Albonico, daughters-in-law Marlene and Karen Graham and many nieces and nephews. Edna was a long standing member of the CWL and St. Pius X Church, volunteered at St. Vincent de Paul, was a lunch mother at St. Leo’s School and spent many years at Solaray. The family would like to say a big thank you to the amazing staff at Park Lane Terrace, especially PSW Marlene, Director Mike, Vanessa Chelsea and Melissa. They treated her like one of their own with so much compassion and love. The family will receive friends at the “THORPE BROTHERS’ FUNERAL HOME & CHAPEL”, 96 West St., on Tuesday, July 10, 2018 from 6-9pm. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Pius X Roman Catholic Church, 9 Waverly St., on Wednesday, July 11, 2018 at 10am. Interment St. Joseph’s Cemetery.
