Peacefully at the Brantford General Hospital with family at her side on Monday February 23, 2015 in her 99th year. Predeceased by her husband Ernest Edward Clarkson (1981). Loving mother of Doreen (the late Ivan) Wolski, Karen (Robert) Bilton, Norma (Paul) Barr, Margaret (Bonnie) Bush (deceased), Wayne (Cathy) Clarkson and Mark (Melody) Clarkson. Dear grandmother of 18 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren, predeceased by 2 grandchildren and all of her siblings. Gladys retired from Saxon Athletic and was previously employed at Kitchen Peabody and Spalding Canada. The family would like to thank the staff at Penmarvian Retirement Home of Paris for their care of our mom. At the request of Gladys, cremation has taken place. A Celebration of her life will be held at the South Brant Legion, 72 King Street, Scotland on Thursday March 5th 2015 at 1:00 pm.
