We were lucky to have Marie in our lives because of her close friendship with my Gramma, Jean. She came to many of our horse shows with my grandparents, and we enjoyed spending many holidays with her. She was such a lovely, warm, kind and funny person, and she adored animals and people. Our lives were enriched by having her in it and we'll miss her dearly.

My sincere condolences to the Hnat family.  My grandparents (Michael & Annie Ivanovick) were friends of the Hnat family in Brantford.  A woman named Mrs. Hnat is in the middle of the back row in this photo of my parent's wedding in Brantford in 1948.  I thought that you might like to see this photo.  Thank you.  David Tosh.

Marie Hnat was a thoughtful and warm person who always treated me with respect and her grandchildren, Robyn and Mitchell Hnat with kindness and love. Rest in peace
