In loving memory of Maureen, a much-loved friend of our JD community. Our deepest condolences to her family from her other global JD family. She will be sadly missed. Another bright light has gone to heaven, but Maureen will be in good company up there, and I'm sure she is now singing with the best of them.
Our love and best wishes,

We send our thoughts and sympathy to Maureen’s family. Maureen was one of our “B.C.I. Dinner Group” who regularly attended our dinner get-to-gethers. She will be missed by all who had the pleasure to share time with her over dinner, and conversations about everyday life and our high school years.

I also met Maureen in the very early JD chat room, had two Aspen visits with her, and had many online and telephone conversations over the years. We were far apart in miles but close in spirit And heart. Will miss her greatly,. Sympathy to all who loved her.

I am so fortunate to have gone to Aspen In October for 18 years straight thus far and so very fortunate to have met and become friends with our dear sweet Canadian friend Maureen and get to spend a week with her all those years. She was such a friend to all of us and another one that Aspen In October won't be the same without. We loved you and will miss you Maureen! The wonderful people in this photo taken in 2015 are all the people who had attended all the AIO's since its inception in 1998.

Maureen was a special friend to many of us John Denver folks. She came every year for 21 years to our Aspen celebrations and it was always a delight to see her and share the event. We saw Jesse grow up and got to know Maureen as a funny, sweet, kind person. She will be greatly missed.

I went to B.C.I. with Maureen. We have dinners twice a year for our grade 12 graduating class, and I always looked forward to seeing her there. We shared many happy memories of our time at school, and kept up with each other's families. I will miss her. My thoughts and prayers are with the family at this sad time. R.I.P. Maureen
