KOLODZIEJAK, PHILIP MICHAEL – The family announce with great sadness and sorrow his sudden passing at the Oakville-Trafalgar Memorial Hospital at the age of 68 on March 26th, 2017. Son of the late Philip and Ernestine Kolodziejak. Phil was the beloved husband of Gail (Moorcroft) for 43 years. Dearest father to Sara and her husband Stephen MacDonald; cherished grandpa to Jocelyn and Tyler. Brother-in-law of Annabelle and Bill Groves of Hillsdale, The late Gary Moorcroft; Uncle of Tracey Groves and Christopher Armstrong of Hamilton, Jennifer and Blake Cousins of Barrie; John Moorcroft of Brantford. We wish to thank our great friends who have shown love and concern for Phil and our family: Carolann and Bruce Oliver, Marva and Ralph Usher, Susan Bell, Mary and Mike Rossignoli. The family will receive friends at the “Thorpe Brothers Funeral Home and Chapel”, 96 West Street, Brantford on Thursday March 30th from 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm. A Celebration of his life will be held in the chapel Friday March 31, 2017 at 11:00 am. Cremation has taken place. For those who wish, donations to the Diabetes Association or Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family
