Hattie Alice Grimes was born April 10th 1925 at Fitzsimmons Army Hospital, Aurora, Colorado. She passed at the age of 90 on February 16th while surrounded by loved ones. She lived life with enthusiasm and commitment. An involved member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Hattie shall continue to live in the glory of our Heavenly Father. Her dedication to the prayer chain and ladies guild blessed the hearts of many. She was the loving wife to Charles Anthony Grimes for 58 years and a mother of three. Hattie will be forever remembered by Leilani, Theresa, and Kevin, as well as her many grandchildren and great grandchildren. Regularly spending hours as a seamstress for the Titans Drum and Bugle Corps, she provided many beautiful creations and memories for both her children and those around them. Her compassion, unwavering determination, love, and patience will be dearly missed.
