Peggy Ruth Quinlan

March 12, 1970 - May 27, 2020

Peggy was a 1988 Olympic High School graduate and was a long time Kitsap County Resident. She was a deeply passionate person in everything she did. During her life she was a waitress, bar tender, preschool teacher, foster care parent, and foster care advocate. She loved her wine, her crafts, hiking and camping. As a foster parent working with children of all backgrounds and challenges she took a trip to Haiti to work with the under privileged children. Known to her kids as "super mom" she is survived by her mother, Bonnie Price; step-dad John Bojorquez; sister Tera Jones; sister Kym Pahona; daughter Gina Campbell, and 2 grandchildren; son Austin Campbell; daughter Cailyn Baxter-Quinlan, and son Gavin Quinlan. Peggy will be deeply missed, remembered and loved by all who knew her.
