Reginald was married to Jacqueline Engman for over 35 years, she preceded him in death in 1996. They resided in Allyn, Washington where they raised their two children David and Carla.
Reginald served in the Army for two years with an honorable discharge. He worked in the oyster industry and also worked for the Mason County Road Department.
Reginald is survived by his son, David Engman and his daughter, Carla Duffy. Four grandchildren; Joshua Engman, Lacy Frye, Jeff Duffy, and Carrie Pearce. Reginald also has three great-grandchildren; Alexia Engman, Ayden Engman and Aubree Frye.
There will be a private burial with immediate family.
