Sheila Kelley Spinn was born in San Luis Obispo, California on December 4th, 1941. She moved over 50 times in her lifetime. She was survived by her husband of 37 years, Bill Spinn, 11 children, 12 grandchildren, and 4 great grandchildren. She had a Master’s in Education from the University of Hawaii. She was the building principal of three schools in the Kyrene School District in Phoenix Arizona and the starting principal of a parochial school in Scottsdale. She was the founding president of Chapter JP, of PEO international, an organization that helped women become educated. She was an avid gardener and loved flowers. She was a special, kind, big hearted woman missed by many.
