

Born December 25, 1923 in Seatte, WA. Passed away June 15, 2011, in Silverdale, WA. at the age of 87.
He was preceded in death by his daughter Terri A. Rayfield.
He married Vida "Dutchie" M. Locke on February 26, 1955 in Seattle, WA. They were married for 33 years and had three beautiful children.
Tom worked in heavy construction as a truck driver for 38 years and was a member of Teamsters Local 74. He held a perfect driving record.
He loved spending time with family and friends. He was a great cook and often shared his creations with friends and neighbors. An avid collector of tools, bears, and Tonka trucks, Tom frequented yard sales and thrift stores. He enjoyed tinkering in his shop and listening to jazz.
Tom is survived by his nephew Kenneth A. Olsen of Seattle, WA; niece Nancy R. Hubler of Uba City, CA; son Thomas "T.A." Rayfield and his wife Patti of Sammamish, WA; daughter Tammy A. Rayfield and her husband Gary C. Brown of Maple Valley, WA; and four grandchildren, Alyson, Nathan, Shawsheena, and Christian.
At Tom's request, no funeral service will be held. A celebration of Tom's life will be held Saturday, July 16, 2011, at 1 p.m. For more information call Tammy at 206-459-9824 or Laurie at 360-731-3726.
