Bill was a steadfast co-worker and an honorable man. My condolences.

It's a privilege to be among those who associated with him at work.  I appreciated his thoughtful viewpoints and kind and careful words.

Bill, was an awesome mechanic, he went out of his way to make sure you knew what you were doing even if it slowed his job down. He was very well in tune with the help new mechanics and helpers needed to get the job done. Bill will be hard to replace as a mechanic and a human being. Thank You Bill Rest In Peace

He was the first mechanic to take me under his wing and I learned so much from him. He was absolutely brilliant with an amazing amount of experience and an amazing ability with storytelling. Oh boy, the stories he could tell. I'll never forget rule 34, rule 36, the western expansion and shipyard management, how to be a helicopter pilot... there's just so many.

Bill is a truly wonderful person who has influenced generations of people, in the best of ways, without them even knowing it. He was a true friend and will be missed by all those who knew him.

It was such a shock to hear of your passing. I never left your presence without a smile on my face. You will be missed by many. RIP buddy.

Bill was pleasure to work with. Always with a kind word for you. You will be missed my friend, knowing that you are having good times with Mims.

Bill you are forever in my heart.  My brother---who would do anything for his family and friends---I will miss you.  You are a wonderful story-teller.  You loved the best things in life---your Hawaiian Punch, A&W Root Beer, Moe's Italian Sandwiches & Gilley's Hot Dogs (Portsmouth, NH). You are kind to a fault.  Your laugh is like no one else's.
