

Passed away peacefully in Lanham, MD on Monday, January 9, 2017. He was born in Washington, DC at Washington Hospital Center on August 6, 1988 to Maud B. Benson and Darryl T. Ware, Sr. Darryl was very much loved by everyone so much, he was raised by a village - Larine A. Ware-Moore, Darryl Ware, Sr., Maud B.Benson; devoted aunt, N'Nekka Butler and Carey White. He lived in Fort Washington, MD, Temple Hills, MD and Waldorf, MD. Darryl worked as a supply clerk for Paper Clips, Inc at the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission in Washington, DC. Darryl leaves behind to cherish and celebrate his life, one daughter, D'Aysia Shanika Ware; parents, Darryl Ware, Sr., Maud B. Benson and Carey White; grandparents, Larine A. Ware-Moore, Jack McCray, Angela Benson and Walter Benson; six siblings, four sisters, Anita Benson, Nicole White, Diva Ware and Diamond Benson; two brothers, Doug White and Anthony Quick; five aunts, Drusilla Fuller, Denise Fuller, Holly Bryant, Kim Wilson and N'Nekka Butler (Lemar Butler); one uncle, Walter Benson "BJ"; niece, Zoe' Ware; nephew, Aaron Patterson; a special cousin, D'Maia Butler; and a host of other aunts, uncles and cousins. Darryl was predeceased by great-grandmother, Constance Shipp and great-aunt, Constance McCray. Visitation will be held at 9:30 a.m.. on Thursday, January 19, followed by funeral service, 10:30 a.m. at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home, 3401 Bladensburg Rd., Brentwood, MD.
