Joseph Milton Hubbard III, the son of Corine Elizabeth and Joseph Milton Hubbard Jr..
He was born in Richmond Virginia on September 21,1949. Educated in the District of Columbia public school system. He attended Eastern Senior High School where he played two years of varsity baseball before graduating in 1967. Joseph graduated from Howard University with a Batchelor Degree in Public Administration, and worked for the IRS. He was a member of Mount Horeb Baptist Church in Washington DC.
Joseph said farewell and see you later to 3 brothers, Gregory, Melvin and Jeffrey Hubbard, 2 nephews, cousins Jeremy and Jeremiah Hubbard, and cousins Regina Hubbard and Al Brooks, and the Brook’s of Richmond, The Coleman brothers, Charles, Bernard and Micheal, Carole and Lynette residing in Richmond VA, and our Aunt Veronica.
