

Sis. Lottie McMillan was born to the late Arthur Bugg and Helen Hunter, July 9, 1926 in Asheville, North Carolina. On Wednesday December 13, 2023, at Hospice of Charles County, Waldorf, Maryland Lottie was called to eternal rest.
Sis. Lottie graduated from Stevens Lee High School, in Asheville, North Carolina and later married the love of her life Caesar McMillan, where they had two sons, Ronald and Larry McMillan. Lottie was the oldest of six siblings.
Sis Lottie retired from Department of Transportation in Washington, DC and later started working her own travel and tours under the name Choice Travel Club with First Choice Transportainment.
Sis. Lottie previously resided 4553 Alabama Ave, S.E. Washington, DC, before her illness, where she was an active member of Johnson Memorial Baptist Church. She sang on the senior choir under the leadership of Rev. Henry A. Gaston. If you didn't see Lottie in the church, when she sung you heard her voice and knew she was in the midst. Lottie also headed up the Women's Day Program in 1983, she served wherever she was needed at the church working closely with the late Audrey Johnson and Youth choir.
Sis. Lottie was know by friends and family for her vacation trips to Myrtle Beach, Sight & Sound, English Town, NJ, and many other travel destination. She was a loving, kind and generous person. She enjoyed entertaining people and was full of fun, laughter.
Sis Lottie was preceded in death by her husband Caesar McMillan, sons Ronald and Larry McMillan, Mother Helen and Father Arthur, sister Kathleen Bugg, Anne Bugg, brother Arthur Bugg, She leaves to cherish her memory and celebrate her home going one brother John Bugg, one sister Emma Louise Massey, nephews, Rick Bugg, Charles Ellis, Marc Massey, niece, Ahadi Bugg.
