A public viewing for Phillis will be held Tuesday, April 16, 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at Fort Lincoln Funeral Home & Cemetery, 3401 Bladensburg Rd, Brentwood, Maryland 20722, followed by a funeral service from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM.
