I miss you Nana. I miss our Karaoke dates at the nursing home. I miss hearing you say "Hi Love" when I walked into your room. I miss walking the halls of Hill Haven with you and taking you outside. I miss your wit and the way you made us all feel so special. I will always play our song over and over again for the rest of my life!

On behalf of Phyllis'  parish family of St Leonard's in Barbados, I, as Rector of the parish,  extend condolences to the family during this time of bereavement.

Where do I even start,  my “Golden Girl“ is gone. I wanted to be there as you transitioned, I wanted to hold your hand, kiss your beautiful face and tell you it was ok to let go now. It hurts so much that we weren’t able to do that. 

 Nana, your light will shine so deeply in me for the rest of my life. Who will sing Karaoke with me now that your gone Nana. 

You were insanely funny and so wise. I’m going to miss walking into a room and hearing you say “hi love”  and “how are my boy’s“, as if your girls didn’t even exist 😀. 

We knew you always had a special place in that sweet 💙 of yours for your grandsons. Thank you Nana for giving us all so much...so much love, so much happiness  and so much peace, knowing that you were incredibly loved by us all and we can move forward without your physical presence 😘

Sweet Nana I am so overwhelmed with gratitude for the time that God allowed us to have with you. You fought hard through so much and I am most grateful for the giggles and your beautiful sense of humor. I have the sweetest peace because I know how tired your soul had become and that you were ready to go home to your Heavenly Father where you could find rest.
I want you to dance nana with the Angels~ you loved to dance. I’ll miss you asking everyone who entered a room for “a piece of candy”! Thank You for allowing me the sweet joy of praying with you and the special hymns we would sing.  You will be missed in the hearts of so many, and we are ETERNALLY GRATEFUL that you got to know our love for you, that you embraced our love for you and we received the same.
