Robert "Bob" D. Daniel Jr.

Peacefully, on March 30, 2020, Robert D. Daniel, Jr. “Bob” of Frederick, MD passed away. He was

preceded in death by his loving wife, Margaret Alexander Daniel, his mother, Laura Jean Whitten Daniel,

his father, Robert D. Daniel, Sr., his grand-daughter, Laura M. Daniel, and his best friends, Robert

“Bobby” Wright and Byron “Chubby” Empson. He is survived by his six children, Debbie (Eric) Smith of

Frederick, MD, Robert D. Daniel III of MD, David (Debbie) Brvenik of FL, Eddie (Angie) Brvenik of WV,

Tracy (George) Mathews of MD and Marie (Mike) Triesky of PA. He has 9 step-children including Marian

(Lou) Lavezzo of MD. He has 10 grandchildren: Chad Smith, Brandon Smith, Taylor Mathews, Hanna

Mathews, Ashley Brvenik, Zachary Brvenik, Shawn (Emily) Croissette, David (Samantha) Brvenik, Kelly

Brvenik and Melissa (David) Daniel. He has eight great-grandchildren. Bob was born and raised in

Washington, DC. He graduated from Mckinley Technology High School. He earned a Master Plumber & Gas Fitters License and owned a very successful plumbing business, R. D. Daniel & Sons Plumbing & Heating Company, until his retirement. He was proud to service the Washington DC Metropolitan area for over 45 years. Words cannot express how much he missed his wife Margaret. It brings comfort knowing they are together again. He loved the Washington Redskins, Charter Boat Fishing on the Chesapeake Bay and enjoying a cold beer with his family and friends. Due to current quarantine

guidelines, a private ceremony will be held at Fort Lincoln Cemetery. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Frederick Memorial Hospital, 400 West 7 th St, Frederick, MD 21701.
