

Trudell Shelia Beach was born March 20, 1961, in Washington, DC to Helen Beach and was later adopted by William and Ruth Marshall. Trudell grew up in Fairmont Heights, Maryland after adoption.
A Time To Grow
Trudell accepted Christ and was baptized at Le Detroit Baptist Church in Oxon Hill, MD and later joined New Bethel Baptist Church in Washington, D.C. Trudell attended Prince George’s County Public Schools in which she graduated. Immediately after high school she attended and completed her certification at Charleston Job Corps Center in Charleston, WV. Trudell was certified in Building and Allied Maintenance and Food Services. After obtaining her certification she began working at General Maintenance located in Washington, D.C. until the birth of her children. Trudell felt the need to adjust her life to better care for her boys and began working for DC City Wide and Slater in Washington, D.C. While in attendance there she obtained her Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA). From this point begun a lengthy career working for Goodwill of Greater Washington, Inc. under Federal Government Custodial Contracts until she became ill. Even after becoming ill Trudell still maintained a heart to serve and help people, so she started volunteering weekly on the Labor and Delivery Unit at MedStar Southern Maryland Hospital Center until the start of the pandemic.
A Time To Remember
Trudell was preceded in death by; her parents Helen Beach; William and Ruth Marshall; three brothers Ralph Marshall; Tyrone Marshall and Paul Beach. She leaves to cherish the memories of her life to her children Nover F.A. Wallace, III and Nathaniel L. Wallace; Three sisters Jenette Beach; Evelyn Hankins (Leon); Joanne Hardy (Michael), Two brothers: Bernard Mims and Nathan Beach; three grandchildren: Nevaeh, Kalel, Amiyah; two god-children Monte Barrontte, Zykeira Beach; a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. The most important thing to Trudell was family! Family to her was not just blood either. She loved without conditions. She loved to have fun she enjoyed her, “Oldies but Goodies” just as much as she loved traveling. She loved to host family functions and check up on her boys consistently. And her most important thing was to make sure everyone in her own words was, “Chilling, Chilling”. To know Trudell is to Love Her!!!
A Time For Promotion
On Wednesday, February 9, 2022 Trudell departed this life unexpectedly at Inova Alexandria Hospital. She will be greatly missed by all that knew and loved her.
