William “Buddy” Walter Frost II passed away peacefully at his home in Parkersburg, West Virginia on December 2, 2019 at the age of 71. He was born in Washington, DC on July 12, 1948, to the late Gifford E. Frost, Sr. and Louise (Vann) Frost and was one of four children. Buddy grew up in Seat Pleasant.
Buddy worked for many years at the Prince Georges County School Board as a Master Plumber until he retired. After retirement he worked for Harley Davidson of Fort Washington. Before Buddy’s illness he loved to ride his motorcycle and attend bike week. He was always the life of the party and loved to tell his stories. They were just as funny the millionth time as they were the first time. He enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and his dog Daisy Lynn.
Buddy leaves behind to cherish his memories, his wife Tammy Frost; his children Dawn Rasmussen, Eddy Frost, Ashley Frost and Heather O'Neill (Kenneth); his stepdaughters Kelly Dotson and Kristina Vasquez (Ivan); his grandchildren Courtney, Abigail, Dustin, Molly, Annie, Mason, Kaily and Kayden; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. He is survived by his siblings; Jacqueline Williams, and Melvina Michaels. He was preceded in death by his brother Gifford Frost, Jr.
