Angeline T Edwards

(nee Urbaniak) Longtime Shorewood, WI resident. Born to Eternal Life Thurs. Aug. 14, 2014 age 96. Angie was born in Milwaukee on Feb. 9, 1918, to Polish immigrants Michael and Katherine Urbaniak. She is survived by her son; Charles Edwards of La Mesa, CA, nephew and nieces; Dr. Paul (Sue) Shore of Wausau, WI, Suzanne Urbaniak of Milwaukee, WI and Harriet Shore of Wauwatosa, WI, along with numerous great and great-great nieces and nephews. Preceded in death by her husband Le Roy “Roy” Edwards, her parents, siblings; Joseph (Elsie), Roman (Florence) and Helen (Henry) Shore, nephew Dr. Henry (Jane) Shore, and “Petey” her canary that gave her companionship and love. Memorial Mass 12:00 PM on Sat. Sept. 27, 2014 at the Alexian Village Chapel of the Holy Spirit, 9301 N. 76th St., Milw., WI 53223. The family will greet relatives and friends on Sat. at the Chapel from 11:30 AM until time of Mass. Angie was a loving mother and loyal friend to many. She loved to nurture all living things and had a special affection for birds. Special thanks to the staffs of Columbia Hospital, Alexian Village, Horizon Hospice and Dr. DeWire for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the charity of donor’s choice, appreciated.
