Bernard A Bober

Bernard A. Bober passed away peacefully at home on Sunday, February 6, 2011 at age 89. Preceded in death by his wife, Marcella (nee Urban) and his son, William. Loving father of Nancy (Jim) Vetrano, Kathy (Doc) Jameson, Bev (Dave) Gamache and Betty Sue (Tom) Groth. Proud grandpa of Jennifer (Marc) von der Ruhr, Suzanne (Eric) Fowle, Catherine Vetrano, Hillary Bober, Jeffrey Krentz II, Mandy Gamache, Cody Bober, Carly Bober and Mary Beth Groth. Great-grandpa of Emily, Sarah and Marcella. Further survived by other relatives and friends.

Bernie proudly served his country in the Arm Air Coprs during World War II.

Mass of Christian Burial at 7PM on Thursday, February 10 at St. Matthias Catholic Church (9306 W. Beloit Rd.) with visitation from 4PM to 6:45 PM Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery on Friday, February 11 at 11 AM.
