(nee Blastic) Tuesday September 9, 2014 age 84. Reunited with Jerry, her husband of 55 years, who was the love of her life and best friend. Loving mother of Thomas (Joanna), Mary (Dennis) Waszak, Robert (Barbara) and John (Donna). Proud grandmother of Dr. Gregory, Paul, Sarah (Matthew) Wergin, Becca, Jennifer (Matt) Grajczyk, Dr. Emily (fiancé David Hurt), Jonathan, Dr. Elizabeth (Adam) Ahrens, Hannah (Marc) Kelso and Thomas G. Special gigi of Madelyn, Sophia and Wyatt Wergin, Mariella and Joslyn Grajczyk. Dear sister of Eugene (Pat) Blastic. Also survived by nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Mass of Christian Burial 11:00 AM on Monday September 15, 2014 at St. Mary Parish, 9520 W. Forest Home Ave, Hales Corners, WI 53130. Visitation Monday at the church from 10:00 AM until time of Mass. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Ruth was a proud graduate of Messmer High School and Marquette University. Memorials to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF), appreciated.
