Alice Fox Goodwin

With love and gratitude to all who cared for her, the family of Alice Goodwin announces her passing on February 3, 2022. Alice was born on July 7, 1920, to Sophie and Jack Diskin, Alice had a passion for beauty. She met her first true love, Henry Fox, at age 15, and they married in 1939. Following his death, she met and later married her second late husband Edward Goodwin in 1981.

Alice devoted herself to family and her many friends while creating a beautiful and loving home. She loved art and decorating and took great pride in her surroundings. Shopping with her daughter and her friends was one of her passions, and finding a true bargain was always a thrill.

Alice leaves behind her daughter Judith Perdue and her husband Jim Perdue of Atlanta Georgia, son Ronald Fox and his wife Carolyn of Waterbury, Vermont. Alice is also survived by her forever-dear grandson Curtis Henry Fox, his wife Taylor of Waterbury, Vermont, and their son, Theo, who will miss his GG very much. Services will be held at Stanetsky Memorial Chapels 1668 Beacon Street, Brookline MA on Monday, February 7, 2022, at 11:30 AM. The services will be live streamed as well.
