Arnold Levin

LEVIN, Arnold– of Boynton Beach, FL, formerly of Middleton and Lynnfield. Entered into rest September 21, 2013. Beloved husband of Charline (Tarutz) Levin for 54 years. Devoted father of Bruce Levin and his wife, Lek; Robert Levin and his wife Lisa and Karen Powder and her husband Scott. Cherished grandfather of Andrew, Jason and Harry Levin; Maddie and Jocelyn Powder; and Madeleine, Drew and Max Jaffe. Arnold grew up in Peabody, graduated from Indiana University and Boston University Law School. He practiced law in Peabody for over 50 years. Arnold was a Past President of the Peabody Rotary, a Board Member of Temple Beth Shalom, former Finance Committee Member of the Town of Lynnfield. He was well respected and loved by many. Services at Temple Beth Shalom of the North Shore, 489 Lowell Street, Peabody on Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 11:00 AM, with interment at the Temple Beth Shalom Cemetery. Details of the memorial observance will be announced at the service. Karen and Scott Powder will be sitting shiva at their home Thursday, September 26 from 4-9 PM.
