Bertram "Bert" A. Magazine

Bertram “Bert” A. Magazine, 93 of Framingham, MA, passed away on April 30, 2026, after a brief illness.

Bert was born in Brighton, MA. He moved to Framingham, MA, in the late 1950’s. He was the son of the late Lena and Nat Magazine.

Bert is survived by his wife of 69 years, Barbara (Fialkow) Magazine, his daughter Janie Martinovics and her husband Stephen, and his son Mark Magazine, as well as 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.

Bert is predeceased by his brother Leon and sister-in-law Irene.

Bert proudly served in the U.S Army Medical Corps in the European theater (Germany) during the 1950’s and remained a steadfast military supporter throughout his life. He also spent many years as a meat-cutter.

A graveside service will be held at Sharon Memorial Park, 40 Dedham Street, Sharon, MA, on May 3, 2026, at 2:45 pm.

Shiva will be held at the home of Mark Magazine, starting at 5:00 pm., following the service. All are welcome to join the family.
