I was  absolutely devastated to learn of Mike's passing. I cannot find  adequate words to express my sadness.Mike and I spoke periodically and I have always felt he was an inspiration to me.His wit,his caring, his intelligence & kindness have meant so much to me all these years.Boris,Ann,Dan,Jen and Mike were with me the day my son Jonathan was born and I have loved you all for that  For Mike to live in the hearts he left behind is not to die

We offer our heartfelt condolences on the passing of our friend and colleague.  We remember Michael for his skills and proficiencies as a Chief Counsel for FINRA Market Regulation.  Michael was committed to investor protection and we saw him the happiest when he resolved the many high profile cases he was charged with managing.  He had a gregarious laugh mixed with a sense of wittiness and deadpan humor.  You could always count on Michael for his candid views and opinions on the cases he handled.  We will miss him tremendously.  You are all in our thoughts and prayers during this most difficult time.

Dear Mr. and Mrs. Levy, Daniel and Jennifer,
Terry and I were so saddened to learn of Michael's passing. I am so sorry for your loss.  I have not seen Michael since he was a teenager when we would often time visit in the neighborhood. I recently came across photos of a backyard picnic at my parent's home with family, friends and neighbors and there is a beautiful picture of Michael sitting on the arm of a chair, chatting with a group. Such a long time has passed since that day but I have very fond memories of that time, before we all moved on to college, marriage, and other states.

I have not spoken with him for several years but have great memories of him during our cross country and track days at Wayland High.  I remember always looking up to him and respecting his opinion.  I remember is great laugh.  He was someone who was a joy to be around.  I am so sorry for your loss.

Mr. and Mrs. Levy, Barb, Nate and Elise,

I was deeply saddened at the news of Mike's passing.  To say I'm sorry for your loss seems so inadequate.  I will always have fond memories of working with Mike in Judge Tignor's chambers.  He was the first law clerk I worked with and was always a pleasure to be around. I will miss him.

I have some of the best memories when all of us cousins would get together at Grandma and Grandpa's house.   Those were some of my favorite vacations. Michael will be forever young in my mind. I'll always remember him a smart, handsome and athletic teenager who grew up two doors down. I can still see him sitting under the grape arbor. My heart goes out to all of you.
