Nancy E. Bennett Gordon

Nancy Elaine (Bennett) Gordon, 91, of Boca Raton, FL formerly of Newton died peacefully at her home on Friday, September 29, 2017. For 69 years, the beloved wife of Kenneth Gordon. Devoted mother of Bette Gordon, Ilene Gordon Bluestein and her husband Bram, and the late Michael Gordon. Loving grandmother of Emily Bluestein, Andrew and his wife Kate Bluestein, and Lili Burns. Adored great grandmother of Vivienne and Aidan Bluestein. Dear sister of the late Jeanne Frank. Cherished aunt of Diane Frank. Born in Brooklyn, NY and raised in Brookline. Nancy graduated from Brookline High School and Boston University. Nancy’s work included elementary school education, medical record management and retail sales. She was recognized several times by Filene’s as a top salesperson. Services will be held at Sharon Memorial Park Chapel, 40 Dedham St., Sharon on Monday, October 2 at 12PM. Interment will follow at Sharon Memorial Park. Following interment family will receive friends at The Towers, 250 Hammond Pond Parkway, Chestnut Hill until 7PM. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to the American Red Cross; Disaster Relief.
