Shirley (Richard) Finkel, Age 96, of Dedham, formerly of Lake Worth, FL and Roslindale, MA died on Sunday, January 24, 2016. Beloved wife of the late Hyman Finkel. Loving mother of Leonard & Marjorie Finkel and Gail & Clark Hopper. Cherished grandmother of Michael Craig Volkin, Randy Brant Volkin, Kimberly Brooke Volkin Thomas, Garrett Clark Hopper, Alyssa Lauren Finkel Lund and Lindsay Jill Finkel. Adoring great grandmother of Matthew James Volkin, Ryan Edward Volkin, Kendall Grace Thomas, Sarah Kay Volkin, Megan Kate Volkin and Aden Maxwell Lund. Dear sister of the late Gladys Marsh, Howard Richard and Lester Richard. Also survived by many cherished nieces and nephews.

Private services have been held. There will be no memorial observance. In lieu of flowers, remembrances may be made to Hebrew Rehabilitation Center
