She was the beloved mother of Carol Miller of Brookline and Barry Silverman of Canton. Loving sister of Ruth Weissman of Deerfield Beach, FL and the late Robert Sandler, Professor of English Emeritus, University of Miami.
Graveside funeral services will be Sunday at 1:00 P.M. at Kopaigorod Cemetery, 776 Baker St., W. Roxbury, MA. She will be remembered for her beauty, intelligence, strong wit, her humor, tenacity and aesthetic eye.
