Stanley Kaplan, of Peabody, a former longtime resident of Lexington, on Thursday, March 31, 2016 at age 92. For 69 years the beloved husband of Crasella (Israel). Devoted father of Ellen Kaplan & Allan Shapiro of Byfield and Lawrence & Kathleen Kaplan of Wilmington. Loving Zaide of Maura Bragg, Michael Gerrin and Leia Kaplan and her fiancé Peter Tummino. Great grandfather of Ashlyn Bragg. Dear brother of Fred Kaplan & his wife Faye and the late George Kaplan. Stanley is also survived by his loving sister-in-law Elaine Rosen and many devoted nieces and nephews. Services at Temple Isaiah, 55 Lincoln Street, Lexington on Monday, April 4 at 11:00am. Interment at Sharon Memorial Park, Sharon. Memorial observance at the late residence on Monday 12:30-5pm and 7-9pm, continuing Tuesday and Wednesday 1-4pm and 7-9pm.
