Stephen A. Baker, age 64, of Lynnfield on Wednesday, June 4, 2014. For 42 years, he was the beloved husband of Shelley R. (Tuck) Baker. Father of Marc & Jill Baker, Allison & James Donahue, and Kimberly & Matthew Donahue. Adored Saba of Isabelle, Elisha, Meital, Maor, Ephram, Alanna, Tiferet and Asher. Loving son of Muriel (Glass) Baker and the late Max. Brother of Daniel & Rebecca Baker and the late Arlyn Baker Schneider & her surviving husband, Arthur Schneider. Son-in-law of Irving & Sunny Tuck. Brother-in-law of Dr. Dennis & Barbara Tuck. Steve built a successful career as a CPA and financial advisor, founding and leading Baker & Co. and Baker Financial Services for 37 years. He was deeply committed to family, friends and to the Jewish community, where he served in various volunteer leadership positions, including President of the North Suburban Jewish Community Center, and President of the Jewish Federation of the North Shore. Services at Temple Emanu-el, 393 Atlantic Avenue, Marblehead on Friday, June 6 at 12 noon. Burial in Pride of Lynn Cemetery, 99 Lakeshore Rd., Lynn. Shiva at the home of Shelley Baker beginning Friday after the burial through 6pm and continuing Sunday through Thursday morning ending at 9am.
