Zelda passed peacefully on Monday, November 21, 2022, a short time after having arrived in Westborough, where she accomplished her goal of being able to meet and enjoy the company of her great-grandchildren.
Zelda was born in Dorchester to Samuel and Fanny Green, where she spent her childhood. She went on to raise her family in Quincy, and later moved to Florida with her late husband Warren.
She is survived by her children, Shelley Holland of Cherry Hill, NJ. Matthew Rockman and his wife Dawn Renear of Northborough; her grandchildren Melissa Rockman of Somerville, and Jeremy Rockman and his wife Jesicca Rockman of Northborough, her great grandchildren, Sophie and Logan Rockman and her sister Marcia Green of Philadelphia, and many nieces and nephews.
During her lifetime Zelda was a loving mother, aunt, grandmother and great grandmother and a friend to so many over the years. She was also an active member of Hadassah at Temple Beth El in Quincy and was honored as a recipient of their Woman of Valor award.
A graveside funeral service will be held Sunday, November 27, 2022 at 11 am at Vilno Cemetery, 776 Baker Street, West Roxbury, MA.

Shiva will be held at the home of Matthew and Dawn Rockman following the service.
