A funeral service for Frank will be held Sunday, June 8, 2025 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at Nevsky Yablokoff Memorial Chapels, 1700 Coney Island Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11230. Following the funeral service will be a committal service from 2:45 PM to 3:15 PM at Union Field Cemetery, 82-11 Cypress Ave, New York, NY 11385.
