It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Renee Asherman, wife of Herbert and mother of Georgette and Sharon. Mrs Asherman was a long-time active member of Temple Sholom of Flatbush and served once as Sisterhood President. She was also involved with many other community organizations. She retired from the New York City School system after teaching for 25 years. She will be greatly missed.
