I was so deeply saddened when I heard about the passing of Shirley Young. I have had the honor and privilege of knowing her for many years and enjoyed and will always treasure every moment I spent with her.  The world has lost a truly incredible woman who was kind, generous and giving. I feel like I lost a mother figure in my life.  I feel so blessed to have known her.  My thoughts and prayers are with Gale and the entire family.  She was loved by so many. Her memory will never be forgotten.

She will be remember for all the people she helped and trained, who are now still training and helping others (the circle goes on and on).

She trained me over 45 yeas ago as an EMT and I am still training others as an EMT.  

 In her life she and husband has touch many others , who will never forget them.

She loved her Family and served her community. .   It has been with great respect and honor to have known them.
