Ana Pinto (née Simon D'Souza) passed away peacefully on January 28, 2025, after enduring a long struggle with Parkinsonism. A shining light to all who knew her, she volunteered at many charities, including Meals on Wheels and H.O.P.E. She was a dedicated employee of Pratt & Whitney, but her greatest service was her selfless love and devotion to her husband Leslie, who preceded her in death, to her children Kevin (Cynthia), and Karen, and to her grandchildren, Noah, and Elijah.
Ana was a loving sister to the late Joseph (Phyllis), Teresa (Warren), the late Veronica (Manny), and Catherine (the late Hilary), and to her baby sister Maggie, who died as a young child. She also leaves behind sisters-in-law and many nieces, nephews, and friends.
The visitation will take place Friday, February 14th, at Maison Darche 7679 Taschereau, Brossard, QC, from 14:00-16:00 and from 18:00-21:00.
The funeral mass will be held on Saturday, February 15th, at St. Mary's Parish 125 Grove, Greenfield Park, QC 9:30 am followed by the burial at St Georges Cemetery, in Longueuil, QC.
