A great Uncle to have growing up, inspired me to learn a few magic tricks of my own!
I really enjoyed spending time with Barry and playing golf during his last visit to Ireland. Rest in peace Barry and thanks for all the fun memories.

There was always great excitement ahead of a visit from Uncle Barry. All the other kids from our road would pack into our kitchen in anticipation of the magic show. I was sorry to hear about my lovely uncle Barry.I was always mesmorized by his magic tricks when he visited us in Tipperary.I was delighted to meet Barry in Montreal a few years ago as we cycled around the city and also I met Claire and her young grandchild Anne Marie.It was nice to see him so happy in    his retirement.With deepest sympathy to Claire and all who knew Barry.

Uncle Barry made quite an impression on us as young children and as we aged when he would visit us in Cowansville with tante Claire. He knew just how to bring a smile to all of our faces through his magic and delightful stories.

I could not have wished for a better friend than Barry for over 60 years.He was best man at my wedding and godfather to my eldest child.Although our lives took us on different roads and different locations we continued to maintain a strong bond of friedship.

Was only thinking that my parents would celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary this year and how special that Barry, Dad's best man, could celebrate with them. Sorry to hear such sad news. I will always remember Uncle Barry and feel blessed that he was a part of my young life. He was always ready with a magic trick or a warm smile. His great friendship with my Dad elevated him to honorary 'Uncle' status. He was wonderful to my sisters and to me and a cherished friend to my Mom and Dad. I have fond memories of a trip to Montreal when my own daughter was young. Seeing him with his beloved grand-daughter and having the girls meet was a real joy. My sincere condolences to Claire, Anne Marie and to the rest of the family. He will be missed.

We will all miss Uncle Barry! I have such amazing memories of him that will last a lifetime. I am sincerely blessed to have had such a wonderful God father. Our thoughts and prayers are with you during this difficult time.
