Antonia Moreno del Toro

Antonia was a remarkable woman whose life was defined by faith, love, and an extraordinary strength of spirit. She found deep joy in caring for her family and friends, especially through cooking meals that brought everyone together. Time spent outdoors with her loved ones was precious to her, and those moments reflected the warmth she carried in her heart.

Antonia was truly gifted with her hands. She knew how to sew, knit, embroider, and garden, and there was very little she could not create. With simple tools and fearless determination, she could build or fix almost anything in a single day, never afraid to make mistakes and always trusting her ability to learn and adapt. Her intelligence and strong work ethic were evident in everything she did.

Selfless by nature, Antonia consistently placed the needs of her loved ones above her own. She protected those she cared for with the fierce devotion of a lioness, demonstrating an unbreakable and nurturing spirit. Her life was centered on her faith in God, which guided her actions and shaped her compassionate heart.

Always willing to help others, Antonia extended peace and calm to anyone who sought her advice. Her presence brought comfort, wisdom, and reassurance, leaving a lasting impression on all who had the blessing of knowing her.

Antonia Del Toro will be remembered for her loving heart, her skilled hands, her unwavering faith, and the profound impact she had on her family, friends, and community.

She is survived by her children: Juany Rodriguez, Marco Antonio Del Toro, Yolanda Leticia Gonzalez, Julio Cesar Del Toro, Luis Eduardo Del Toro, Teresa Perla Soto, and Laura Patricia Del Toro.

Antonia was predeceased by her husband, Antonio Del Toro.

A visitation will be held at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, Chapel of Angels, located at 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521, on February 1, 2026, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm with a rosary at 3:00 pm.

Antonia Del Toro fue una mujer extraordinaria cuya vida estuvo definida por la fe, el amor y una fuerza espiritual excepcional. Encontraba una profunda alegría en cuidar de su familia y amigos, especialmente al preparar comidas que reunían a todos. El tiempo que pasaba al aire libre con sus seres queridos era muy valioso para ella, y esos momentos reflejaban la calidez que llevaba en su corazón.

Antonia tenía un don especial en sus manos. Sabía coser, tejer, bordar y cultivar su jardín, y había muy pocas cosas que no pudiera crear. Con herramientas sencillas y una determinación valiente, era capaz de construir o reparar casi cualquier cosa en un solo día, sin temor a cometer errores y confiando siempre en su capacidad para aprender y adaptarse. Su inteligencia y fuerte ética de trabajo se reflejaban en todo lo que hacía.

De naturaleza generosa y desinteresada, Antonia siempre ponía las necesidades de sus seres queridos por encima de las suyas. Protegía a quienes amaba con la ferocidad y dedicación de una leona, demostrando un espíritu inquebrantable y lleno de amor. Su vida estuvo centrada en su fe en Dios, la cual guiaba sus acciones y formaba su corazón compasivo.

Le sobreviven su amada familia, incluidas sus hijas, Juany Rodríguez, Yolanda Leticia González, Teresa Perla Soto y Laura Patricia Del Toro. Sus hijos, Marco Antonio Del Toro, Julio César Del Toro y Luis Eduardo Del Toro, también atesoran su memoria.

Antonia fue precedida en la muerte por su esposo, Antonio Del Toro.

Habrá una visita en la Funeraria Del Ángel Buena Vista, ubicada en 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521, en la Capilla del Ángel, el 1 de febrero de 2026, de 2:00 pm a 5:00 pm con un rosario a las 3:00 pm.
