Cheryl (Price) Phelps

10 October 2021

On behalf of the Price family, Cheryl (Price) Phelps sends heartfelt condolences to the family of Barry Little. He was our former neighbor and dear friend. Although my family has all passed now, on their behalf, I can speak to our fond memories of Barry, who would visit often to chat, as we went through our teenage years and beyond. He became like one of the family to all of us. I send my love to his family, knowing he will be forever missed by all who knew him.
