Gregorio passed away peacefully, surrounded by loved ones, leaving behind a legacy of warmth, laughter, and cherished memories. A man of simple joys, Gregorio found his greatest happiness outdoors with a fishing rod in hand or standing by the grill at family BBQ gatherings. He was known for his generous heart, his easygoing nature, and his unwavering loyalty to his favorite football team—the Dallas Cowboys. Gregorio’s presence lit up every room, and his love for family and tradition will never be forgotten. He will be deeply missed by all who knew him.
Gregorio is survived by his two sons Gregorio Aldape Jr. and Cristobal Aldape. His brothers Pablo Aldape, Jaime Aldape, Alfredo Aldape, Gerardo R. Aldape and his sisters Angela Ramirez, and Maricela Sanchez.
Gregorio was preceded in death by his father Pablo Aldape Sr. † and his mother Lucinda M. Aldape †.
A visitation for Gregorio will be held Monday, May 12, 2025 from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, TX 78521. A chapel service will occur Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 10:00 AM at Funeraria del Angel Buena Vista, 125 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521. A burial will occur Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 11:00 AM at Buena Vista Burial Park, 5 Mcdavitt Blvd, Brownsville, Texas 78521.
