Jose Dolores Muñoz Jr. was a devoted and passionate 49ers fan, known for his unwavering love for his family. His heart was as big as his kindness, always prioritizing time with those he loved, especially his family. He found peace and joy at the beach, a favorite spot to relax and reflect with a gentle spirit and a selfless nature, he touched everyone he met. Above all, he was immensely proud of his children and their accomplishments, cherishing every moment he spent with them. His legacy of love, pride, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
Jose is survived by his wife Sandra A. Muñoz, son Joe A. Muñoz, daughters Maina I. Muñoz and Daniella M. Torres, mother (la jefa) Victoria Muñoz, brothers Ernesto Castillo, Antonio Arriaga, Alejandro Muñoz and sister Anselma Contreras.
Jose was preceded in death by his dad Jose D. Muñoz and mom Alejandra Castillo.
A visitation for Jose will be held Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm with a rosary at 7:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn. A chapel service will occur Friday, October 25, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Funeraria Del Angel Rose Lawn followed by a burial at 3:00 pm at Rose Lawn Memorial Gardens.
Serving as pallbearers are Joe Muñoz, Jesus Muñoz, Luis Castillo, Javier De Leon, David Esperiqueta, Diego Esperiqueta and Tre Clark.
