Ninfa devoted her life to her children and grandchildren. She co-owned, Nancy’s delight Mexican Candy company for fifteen years and Louie's Taco village for five years.
She is preceded in death by her daughter Nelda Garza, her loving husband of 58 years Luis M. Lopez, brothers Alfredo Salinas, Jose Salinas (Amelia), sister Juanita Salinas and daughter-in-law Marina Bernal Lopez.
She is survived by her sons, Luis Lopez Jr., (Denise), David Lopez, daughter Norma Lopez, grand-daughters Nancy Davila (Mario), Natalie Garza, grandsons, Jonathan Lopez and Ramiro Garza III, son in law Ramiro Garza Jr., as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
