Arteaga, mother; Agustina Carapia, his children; Noemi, Salvador, Melissa, Noe and Delia, 3 brothers and 5 grandchildren. Visitation will begin Friday, August 18, 2017 from 12pm to 9pm with a Rosary at 7pm in Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista. Chapel service will be held on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at 3pm followed by a committal service to Buena Vista Burial Park.
