She is preceded in death by her loving husband, Francisco Gomez; and her one son, Jose Peña.
Left to cherish her memory are her 9 children, Petra Balli (Raul Peña), Ofelia Gonzalez (Gilberto Peña), Margarita Allen (Rodolfo Peña), Viola Garza, Lupita Cruz, and Celia De La Garza; and 38 grandchildren, 59 great-grandchildren, 4 great great-grandchildren, and 1 sister, Dora Ramirez.
Visitation will be held Monday, March 3, 2014 from 10a.m.to 9p.m. with a Rosary at 7p.m. at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista.
A Mass will be held at 10a.m. on Tuesday, March 4, 2014 at Our Lady of Lourdes with a committal service to follow at Buena Vista Burial Park.
