Pedro was a man of strength, loyalty, and deep love for his family. He will always be remembered for his warm heart, his resilience, and the way he made those around him feel valued and protected. He had a gentle soul and a special love for animals, especially his beloved pets, who brought him comfort and companionship throughout his life.
To many, he was not only a brother, father, and grandfather, but also a guiding presence whose words and spirit will continue to live on in the hearts of those who knew him.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Elvia Cuello Flores and Pedro Gil Flores Sr.
Pedro leaves behind his loving children, Pedro Gil Flores III (Cortney) and Lora Lynn Slaughter (Matthew). He was a proud grandfather to Adrianna, Pedro Gil IV, Leonardo, Avalynn, and Annabelle, who brought him immense joy and pride.
He is also survived by his siblings: Juan Jose Flores (Tranquilina), Georgina Garcia, Gillermina Mejia (Eugenio), Gilda Flores-Agel, and G. Nadia Flores, along with many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Memorial services to celebrate Pedro’s life will be held on March 21, 2026, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Del Angel Funeral Home.
Pedro’s strength, kindness, and love for his family and animals will never be forgotten. Though he is no longer with us, his memory will continue to live on in the hearts of those who loved him.
Rest in peace, Pedro. You will always be loved and never forgotten.
