My sincere condolences to the family of a gentleman that was ready and eager to serve his community especially in matters involving the veterans. In my opinion, Commander Leal is the person responsible for the creation of the Veteran's Park, where we the citizens of Brownsville, enjoy our evening walks. Thank you, Commander Leal, and may you rest in peace.
