He is preceded in death by his sisters; Teresa Gonzalez and Lidia Lerma, parents; Salvador and Dolores Chavez. Left to cherish his memory is his loving wife of 39 years Maria Elena Chavez, sons; Roberto (Gloria) Chavez, Jose Luis Chavez and Joel (Lisa) Chavez, grandchildren's; Christian Gael, Eleina Jewel, Mia Alessandra, Valeria Abigail and Ximena Montserrat Chavez, brothers; Jose Luis (Mercedes), Salvador (Gloria) and Manuel (Maria Luisa) Chavez.
Visitation will begin on Monday, November 20, 2017 from 11am to 9pm with a Prayer Service at 7pm at Funeraria Del Angel Buena Vista. Chapel service on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 at 2pm followed by an interment at Buena Vista Burial Park.
